What weight boxing gloves should I buy?

For most adult beginners 12oz is the best starting point. Choose 8-10oz for children or bag-only work, 12oz for women or general training, 14oz for adult sparring, and 16oz for heavier athletes over 80kg or intense sparring sessions.

How to wrap: Loop thumb, wrap across knuckles 3 times, around wrist 3 times, between each finger, and secure with velcro. Takes about 60 seconds once you know the technique.
